WADE CREEK HOUSE ANTIQUES opened in 2007. Located in an old 1940's home, we have expanded many times so there are many areas for you to browse. Located on an acre in Estacada, Oregon, your children can visit with our chickens (yes, we sell eggs) as you look around.

We are much more than an antiques store. We host community fundraisers, have two
OUTDOOR VINTAGE MARKETS every summer and hold classes and workshops throughout the year. You can find details BELOW.

OUR VENDORS LOVE TO SHOP FOR YOU. They specialize in old, rusty, antique,
primitive, vintage, recycled, revived, repurposed, salvaged, scavenged, chippy, farm, collectibles, indoor and outdoor décor. Come and see what they have found
for you!!

FAMILY

We cherish the relationship we have with the family who lived and grew up in the house that is now The Wade Creek House.  We got another treat this weekend.  Jeannie Fussell (previously Jeannie McConkey) also lived in the house that is now The Wade Creek House.  In fact, it was Jeannie's Uncle Merle (Marshall) that actually built the house.  He did it with the help of Jeannie's dad and grandfather in the 40's.  Her Uncle Merle and Aunt Dorothy lived in the house until they moved to Dufur in the early 60's.  Jeannie lived in the house with her husband and 2 children after that.  Her grandparents had lived next door in a house that sat next to the old corner gas station.  That field is empty now and the old gas station is still there but vacant.   Merle still lives in Dufur, Dorothy passed away last year.  Merle thinks he may have some pictures -  Jeannie is hoping to find  them. I hope she gets lucky.   My husband Bill had noticed an unusual old brick in the field next door and we are thinking it must have been from Jeannie's grandparents home.  Where else could it have come from?  Jeannie took it as a keepsake.

So thank you Jeannie and John Fussell for sharing your day and your story.... keep in touch.

I couldn't decide what picture to use so I used  both ..

It's fun to come home...... again.
