TIME FOR SOME HOME CANNING...


We have had many requests to have a LEARN ABOUT HOME CANNING WORKSHOP on a weekend or evening. Evenings don't work as she has farm chores so we picked SUNDAY, JULY 31st from 1p-3p. This workshop is filled with the information you need to get started. Whether using homegrown, self-picked, or purchased fruits and vegetables, you will learn how to get started, what equipment you need, and about the various methods of canning and preserving. You will leave with handouts, recipes and an eagerness to get started. Bring your questions. Registration required... cost is $20. 503-630-7556.
